In this method, you need to have a check on the cable. Make sure that the ethernet cable is working properly and is not damaged or broken.

  1. Click on the Start menu and in the search box, look for the device manager. The device manager icon will be appearing in the search results. Click on the Device Manager icon.

  3. The next step that you have to work on here is to right-click on the ethernet adapter. It is the one that is not with Wifi or wireless in its name.
